Orders are dispatched 3-4 times per week with DHL EXPRESS who estimate 2 - 5 business days to ship anywhere.
You will receive and email notification with a tracking number when your order is dispatched. It's easy to track the status of your order through the DHL Express website.
If your order is late or you have any questions, please do no hesitate to contact Rik & Reg. We will track your order for you :)
Unfortunately DHL Express cannot deliver to PO Box address's. Can you please provide an alternate address.
On rare occasions shipments are delayed by customs. This is out of my control. If this does occur, your package may take an extra few days.
DHL charge an extra remote service charge on certain rural areas in Australia and New Zealand. This is uncommon, however, if it effects your order we will notify you via email to discuss alternate options. These include, splitting the extra charge 50 / 50, establishing a different, non-remote area address to ship your items to or canceling the order, in which case you'll be refunded in full.

If you are unsatisfied with your item, you may return it for a full refund.
The refund will be issued once the item has been returned to us. All shipping costs incurred, are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. This includes the shipping of the original item and any duties or custom taxes.
Requests for returns must be made within 5 days of receiving the goods.

Include the following information:
- - Your name
- - Your order number
- - The style, colour and size you wish to return
- - The reason you wish to return the item
We shall provide you with a RA# (Return Authority Number) and return address information.
Items must be returned with original sale tags attached and without being worn, washed or damaged. We do not offer returns on sale items.
Unfortunately at this point in time we cannot offer exchanges.
